Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform your therapist as soon as you can so your appointment time can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice to the start time of the appointment will be charged a $80 fee. This fee is not billed to your insurance and will be charged to your card on file.

This is an important policy as it maintains the professional relationship between the therapist and the client.
