The First Appointment is the Consultation
All appointments are telehealth. The initial appointment will be used to discuss your concerns and goals in detail, address questions, and what to expect in therapy. At that point, we’ll decide whether to move forward with scheduling additional sessions together. The first session is a conversation, not a commitment.
